These studs are similar to CD studs but welded by arc welding process. No ceramic ferrule is required. Size varies from M3 to M8 and length, raw material and plating as per customers' requirement. These can be welded on thin sheets.
These are welded by resistance welding method. Most common application is in studded tubes for refineries and boilers.
