Suguna Car Washer is a single plunger, oil splash lubricated reciprocating plunger type water pump.It consists of a plunger and plunger housing fitted to the crank case. The suction pipe with filter, balancing drum, safety valve, and the delivery hose are fitted to the plunger housing. the delivery hose is fitted to the plunger housing through a connector which also accommodates a pressure gauge and a manometer safety device.At one end of the crank shaft is fitted dynamically balanced fly wheel cum pulley.V The motion fitted on a basetank with provisions for belt tension adjustments.
