A die is basically a metal block which is machined or cut to give it a special shape or design which can be in turn used to shape or design other components
These are used for manufacturing products that are not machineable easily, for example, making products out of plastic, rubber and polymers. They are also used for making panels for cars, rubber pads, PVC pipes, etc. The different types of dies and moulds that Sharp Engineers produce are as follows:
The food industry has very strict norms when it comes to using any product. Hence, we use dies made of tungsten carbide as it is a non-reactive substance, unlike steel or iron.
It can also used for manufacturing of homogenizer machines.
