This relay is used for Automatic Starting & Stopping of Generator Set, in case of mains failure detected. It also does the load transferring from EB to DG and vice versa. When the Genset is running it takes care of all Engine Safeties. If any abnormality found it trips the Engine.
DIFMACS is designed using Micro Controller to monitor fuel levels in real-time. It interfaces with Level sensor through 4-20mA signal and compute the fuel level accurately. The system can also be programmed for tanks of various shapes and profiles. The tank profile information can be programmed through the keyboard interface provided on the console. It communicates the measured values in litres to external devices through the built-in communication port. This facilitates remote monitoring of Fuel levels from a central site. The built-in 7segment LED display assists is monitoring the fuel level locally. The system is designed in with 3 relay outputs for alarm indication for High / Medium/ Low fuel levels.
The Engine Control Panel ECP-905 is a complete digital console for generators to safeguard and monitor key parameters. ECP ensures extended life time of the DG and reduces downtime and maintenance costs and alerts in case of fuel prilferage. ECP allows safe starting of the engine through console or through a remote start output. ECP protects the system by shutting down, the moment it detects violation of safety.
An intelligent Fuel optimizer unit optimizes the usage of Genset operations in Tele comm towers in the event of mains failure condition. Instead of turning on the Genset immediately upon mains failure, it checks the Shelter Battery Voltage condition as well as the Shelter Temperature before actinating the starting of the Genset. By the optimized usage of Genset, this unit will reduce fuel consumption. This unit can be smoothly integrated to any AMF panel currently install in Telecom towers. It continuously monitors the EB supply healthy condition.

The microprocessor based temperature scanner SUNSACN is available in different models, suitable for RTD, T/C, ma and mv types of input. The Scanner scans all input channels continuously and compares it with alarm and trip settings and generates outputs. The Scanner has two levels of operation.
