BOD Incubator is most versatile for Bio-Chemical Oxygen demand determinations.
Caster wheel mounted cabinet is double walled with inner chamber of stainless steel SS-304 grade and outer wall of M.S.sheet duly painted or elegantly powder coated.
Triple walled back of the unit is fitted with two air circulation fans for maintaining temperature uniformity throughout the chamber.
Full view inner glass door permits inspection of specimens without disturbing the same.
Lock and key arrangement is provided in the double walled outer door.
Unit is fitted with door operated illumination lamp inside the chamber.
The front panel is comprises of on/off switches heating and mains indicator lamps, temperature controllers and voltmeters.
The temperature range is from 5 c to 60 c is controlled by Digital Temperature Indicator-Cum-Controller.

Sun Shine hand testing screens are a must for anyone who buys, cleans, or grades seed or grain. They are made of selected straight grained wood with nesting frames. These screens can be stacked together with a blank bottom pan to make several separations at one time.

A generous assortment of sizes will enable you to experiment with various separations and select the correct screens for your larger cleaning or sizing operations. Our hand test screens are an excellent choice for experimental or laboratory use when only small samples are available.

Our laboratory ovens are double walled convection units. Outer body of our hot air oven are constructed out of thick PCRC sheet duly pre-treated with primers and rust proofing and painted with long lasting stove enamel or elegantly powder coated. The inner chamber is made of heavy gauge stainless steel sheet of SS-304 grade. The gap between the walls is filled with high grade mineral glass wool, which ensures maximum thermal efficiency in our laboratory ovens. The unit is mounted on a sturdy steel frame and provided with castor wheels (On Large Sized Models Only) for easy movement inside the laboratory. The unit is provided with one to three stainless steel perforated shelves as per inner chamber size. Available in different size and capacities. Chamber size and No. of trays as per customer requirement is also available.

The standard model of our orbital shaker has a plat form size of 500mm x 500mm and it can withhold 16-20 flasks of 250ml or 500 ml. However this can be modified to suit the individual customers requirements.
The efficient and diligent shaking system of our incubator shaker has an orbital shaking movement which is powered by a reliable Crompton greaves motor of suitable power and wattage. The shaking speed of our standard model variable speed incubator shaker is between 80 RPM to 400 RPM. However we can customize the speeds as per the individual requirements of the user.

Fume Exhaust Hoods are designed to contain and exhaust toxic, obnoxious harmful vapours, mists etc. particularly for protecting laboratory personnel and equipment. A motor blower system generates negatives pressure within the encloser extracting the contaminated air from the work area and expels it into the outside atmosphere.

Highly recommended in different laboratories like biochemistry, soil test, food microbiology pharmaceuticals units, printed circuit board etching and cleaning operations, miniature component assembly etc. These are capable of handling corrosive fumes of sulphuric & Hydrochloric acid etc.

CONSTRUCTION:

Fume Hoods are made of Stainless Steel 304 grade from outside with working space covered with stainless steel 316 Qlty. Acid resistant. The work surface is fitted with small wash basin of size 250 x 200 x 150 mm depth of Stainless Steel 316 Qlty. with good quality tap. A gas cock is also fitted for gas supply. A sliding slash made of glass moves vertically up and down with concealed counter balanced weight. Chamber is provided with Flourescent Lighting arrangement for easy working. The space underneath at the work-station is provided with storage compartment for proper uses. The front fascia is provided with a panel incorporating 15/5 Amp. socket with switches for light and exhaust system supplied with cord and plug to work on 220/440 Volt 1/3 phase 50 Hz A.C. Front opening of the Fume Hood will be H 585 x W 910 mm. Complete with Exhaust System having 38mm exhaust fan with stainless. steel deck & Duct to take out fumes
