We offer a complete product range of Screw Type Grinding Vice and ANGLE LOCK PRECISION MACHINE VICE
With the help of our expert professionals, we manufacture a variety of Screw Type Grinding Vices, provided with a En 31 alloy steel body and hardened to 54-56 HRC. Further, these vices are provided with a grounded cross V on the jaw, for holding small rounds job with a screw that is fitted in gun metal nut. Moreover, provided with a side support for the workpieces, these vices are used as job locators for repeated operations.

The accuracy of vice (parallelism and squareness ) is 0.02 mm.
High tensile close grains cast iron body.
Four positions allow extra capacity to change opening of Jaw.
The special segment in the movable jaw forces the vertical pressure downward when the horizontal pressure works, so that this jaw does not lift the work piece.
