Within a span of 9 years super hoze has become one of the largest lpg hose manufacturer in asia. The production unit is based in baddi (himachal pradesh, india) which is spread in a total area of 6 acres. A major expansion has been planned in the coming years which will double the production capacities in hydraulics and marginally in lpg.

Super hoze brands suraksha for lpg (iocl, bpcl and hpcl) which is widely used in the indian household. Lpg pipes of super hoze brand is a bis approved product. The company is approved by arai for cng and lpg hoses, further company is an approved supplier for indian railways for various hydraulic and industrial hoses.

Flexible hoses:

super hoze flexible hoses are designed to function effectively under varied temperature & pressure conditions. A wide variety of hoses are manufactured using the most advanced braiding machines from oma (italy) and magnatech. Extrusion is done on a high speed (cold feed) extruder with automatic diameter controller, which ensures the required od to optimum levels. Production is also under taken for a wide range of swaged reusable & socket less fittings. These fittings are completely compatible with the hoses to ensure fail-safe assemblies. The company makes special high temperature hoses suitable upto 150 degree temperature.
