  • Outer structure made up of heavy duty MS angle MS sheet.
  • Inner Layer made up of fire proof Bricks a layer of fire proof blanket with a heat resistance of 1260C.
  • Inner lead pot made up of 10 mm thickness MS Sheet for heavy duty.
  • 6 heaters are provided each of 1.5 kw.

Electrical- Separate control panel is provide to the furnace all electrical items are brands make like L&T, Schneider, TC, etc. are fixed in the main control panel. DTC is used for temperature control for easy monitoring of heat which has auto cut off feature up to 999C limit. AMP meters to check Electric flow thermostat.
