Ferro Alloys are used to make quality steel and to achieve the required chemical and physical properties in steel. We are making mainly two types of ferro-alloys, namely, Si-Mn and Fe-Mn.

Super Smelters Ltd. strength is custom-made tubes of irregular sizes. Our mill produces the wide range of Tubes (black & galvanized both). The tubes are used in various applications such as irrigation, oil & gas pipelines and various other industries. We have well qualified and experienced professionals in our R&D department for the development of value-added production & assurance of high-quality products.

Steel Billets are the product of a melting shop which later goes through a rolling mill production line. They are the softest, highly ductile & most malleable form. Billets are produced in a square cross-section of the area. They fall under the category of semi-finished casting products. Their final products involve bars, rods, tubes, pipes, wires & wire products.

Iron ore pellets are spherical and are used as raw material for blast furnaces. The process of pelletizing combines mixing of the raw material, forming the pellet and a thermal treatment baking the soft raw pellet to hard spheres. The raw material is rolled into a ball, then fired in a kiln to sinter the particles into a hard sphere.

Hot rolling is a process at the steel mill which involves rolling steel above its recrystallization temperature, typically over 1700 Fahrenheit. Steel that is heated above the recrystallization temperature can be shaped and formed more easily, which allows the steel to be made in much larger sizes.

Direct-reduced iron (DRI), also called sponge iron, is produced from direct reduction of iron ore (in the form of lumps, pellets or fines) by a reducing gas produced from natural gas or coal. The reducing gas is a mixture, the majority of which is hydrogen (H2) and carbon monoxide (CO) which act as reducing agents. This process of reducing the iron ore in solid form by reducing gases is called direct reduction.
