Ready to use prefabricated FRP cable Trays & FRP accessories are supplied in the sizes as per the needs of the customers. INSTALLATION of SUPREME FRP Cable Trays. Handling SUPRME FRP Cable Trays are coming in standard pack of two tray packed one over the other. SUPREME FRP Cable Trays cab be easily carried as head load. STORAGE SUPREME FRP Cable Trays cab be stored indoor or outdoor. FRP cable Trays should be sacked layer by layer in crisscross direction & items of one size should be kept in a stack. INSTALLATIONSUPREME FRP Cable Trays are suitable for indoor & outdoor use in all climatic conditions. They may be horizontally laid as in a cable channel along with roof beams. Alternatively FRP Cable Tray may be vertically laid along walls or on structure. The cable Trays should be supported on M S wall bracket or hanger. Separate support should be provided for accessories like elbows, tees cross joints etc. Maximum span between supports should be 2.0 Meters to limit deflection. For installation, pick one pack of SUPREME FRP Cable Trays, hoist/locate on support structure, open the packing and shift top tray to its location and joint both the trays with coupler plate. |

Chemical Resistance
Unaffected by most acids, alkalis and most commonly used chemicals such as ammonia, petrol, hydrogen, potassium chlorate, phosphorous, soap, sodium, sulphate etc.
Linear Expansion
1/10, 000th unit per degree C. Based upon this constant temperature rise of 42 degrees C would increase the length of a 3 meter (9.8 ft) Tray by 12.7 mm(0.5”)
Working Temperature
From -40 C to + 50 C (-40F to + 122F)
Flammability
Self extinguishing and non – inflammable for all practical purposes.
Workability
Can be cut with ordinary saw. Light to handle. (Specific gravity 1.4) Holes cab be drilled with ordinary hand drills. No sharp edges are left after cutting.
Weathering
Unaffected by sunlight (Ultra – violet) or water and in use compares favorable with all alternatives.
Jointing of Trays
Each end of tray is socket ed so jointing is easy WITHOUT coupler plate.
