Our Products
Leading Manufacturer, Supplier & Retailer of Non Metallic Expansion Joints, Metal Expansion Joints, Elastomeric Expansion Joints and Fabric Expansion Joints.
LBH Metal Expansion Joints cover any application where Fabric Expansion Joints are not suitable, mainly due to the operating pressure conditions.
Metal Expansion Joints are manufactured 3according to EN 14917, 13445?3 and EJMA
Standard designs Axial, Lateral, Angular and Universal Expansion Joints, Circular design are manufactured from 50 mm diameter to 1600 mm Diameter. Above 1600 mm Diameter joints can be imported from parent company LBH International A/S
Metal Expansion Joints are manufactured as multi?ply bellows and can be combined into double expansion joints and fitted with tie rods, inner sleeves and other accessories.
Customized designs includes hinged joints, gimbal joints and pressure balanced joints aremanufactured
Elastomeric Expansion Joints are suitable for continuous temperature up to 200c. Each material made from a single elastomeric material laminated with one or more reinforcement layers and vulcanized to form a solid integral component.
Four elastomer products are included in LBH standard range other are available for special conditions.
PTFE Polytetrafluroethylene
EPDM Ethylene proplylene diene
terpolymer
FKM Fluorocarbon elastomer (Viton B)
SI Silicone rubber
Expansion Joints are used to solve an increasing range of flexible challenges, as the new raw materials are developed, technology and design have been improved, and expansion joints are used in wide array of industrial applications.
Expansion Joints are used in four situations:
Expansion or contraction of duct due to temperature
changes.
Isolation of components to minimize the effect of
vibration or noise.
Movements of components during process operations
Installations or removal of large components and
erection tolerances.
Fabric Expansion Joints
LBH manufacturing range of Fabric Expansion Joints consists of 26 standard types divided into five categories.
Type LN For clean air system
Type MN For flue gas with a low acid content
Type RN For flue gas with high acid content
Type HL For applications requiring optimal resistance
against chemical attacks or high pressure
Type GTX For gas turbine application
