Ashwagandha, also called Winter Cherry, Indian Ginseng and sometimes spelledAshwaganda, is one of Ayurvedas most highly acclaimed adaptogens. The word Ashwagandha is alternately translated as the strength, sweat, and smell of ten horses. The root is also used to support athletic performance, endurance and exercise recovery.
Wintergreen oil is extracted from a shrubby evergreen plant called Gaultheria procumbens, which is from the Ericaceae plant family. Wintergreen oil has a sweet and fresh scent, similar tomint. It has a pale yellow or pinkish yellow color.
