Manufactured by using specially treated Aluminum Oxide grains & bonded in Resin Over Resin bond (Bond Code BX-72) backed with specially processed cotton cloth backing & mounted on 6 mm diameter spindle suitable to maintain uniform flap wear during operation so that with every rotation of the wheel fresh cutting edges will come up which gives chatter free, non loading & non rubbing operation resulting in uniform cutting with consistent finish. Its flexibility & superior bonding of flaps with spindle are the added advantages during operation.
