For best results, store the roller in refrigerator before use. 2. Use 2 -3 times a week3. Wash your face, apply the Natural Vibes Gold Beauty Oil and then start massaging. 4. It is advised to start from the bottom of your neck, moving upwards with the bigger side of the roller. Repeat the motion in every area 8-10 times.5.
