We are offering semi auto single head perfume bottle crimping machine.Pick up the filled bottles by swastik's filling machine from swastik's packing conveyor. Place the bottle between the 'v' (for round & square) or individual two side support type (for any other shape) guide provided on the platform and press the footswitch. The crimping head would move down and swiftly crimp the pump and automatically go back to its home position. Remove the bottle place it on the packing conveyor. Take the next bottle and repeat the process. The head keeps oscillating between up & down movement continuously without any operator intervention.
