Gulab Jamun is India's favourite dessert, also popular in other countries like Pakistan, Nepal, and Sri Lanka etc. It is a dessertwhich is prepared from milk solids with a pinch of flour kneaded into dough and formed little balls which are fried in ghee or oil and then dropped into sugar syrup, till it soaks the syrup also garnished with dry fruits.
