The fully adjustable Shaft mechanism (angle of throw) ensures maximum productivity using minimum power. Use of four premium self aligning spherical bearings which are much larger than bearings used in any comparably sized Feeder amplify our focus on your up- time. The best feature of the Shaft mechanism is that it is completely oil lubricated.
The oil lubrication is automatic and does not need any human intervention. The continuous oil lubrication also helps at maintain lower bearing temperatures.

SINGH Horizontal PAN Vibro Feeders are designed for regulating the feed rate to the Crusher by separating the materials for sizing, removing the unwanted and by passing the smaller for the Crushers so as to maximize the Crushing capacity.
SINGH PAN Vibro Feeders come in lower profile and are longer in length. The Vibrating unit consists of two balanced, counter Rotating Shafts. They generate an elliptical motion throwing the materials upwards and forward with continuous turning actions.
The timing gears are adjustable to control the direction of the throw and the concentration of Vibrating action. SINGH Horizontal PAN Vibro Feeders are also available with unbalanced Vibratory Motors and Electrical Motors.
