Special design available as the requirement of customer
The standard bore cap will safely fit all bores with a bore casing internal diameter of 160mm to 600mm or more and as per customized requirements as well. These borecpas has a suitable female thread (Customized threads available as per country standard) in the center together with a slot for cable access. A pair of 100% S.S.304 Grade Eye Nuts available to simplify its lifting. The Eye Nuts available on specific request.
We laser cut the round plates from sheet steel so they are neat and clean, we weld in the 316 stainless steel socket and then give them a good clean and prime before applying the paint. Strong and much safer & easier to lift out when required.
Syntech Industries provides two grades of stainless steel eye bolts; 304 and 316. The grade 304 stainless steel eye bolts are wire formed and feature welded and unwelded eye types in Standard and Metric units of measurement. Eye bolts that are grade 316 feature three different eye types and all use the Standard unit of measurement. Most eye bolts are supplied with a washer and nut (more available upon request).

One of the oldest and one of the widely used in the modern world casting technologies is the Investment casting, is an industrial process based on lost-wax casting of metals. it is an advance mechanism to produce precision dimensions and feather like surface finish.
Investment casting has been used in various forms for the last 5, 000 years. In its earliest forms, beeswax was used to form patterns necessary for the casting process. Today, more advanced waxes, refractory materials and specialist alloys are typically used for making patterns. Adapter Set plays a crucial role in the installation and operation of Borehole either with the O-PVC / U-PVC Column / Riser / Drop Pipes. Infect, entire installation, the borehole, the pipe and accessories are depending upon the quality of the Adapters.
In the entire borehole column system, the Bottom Adapters always need to deal with high pressure by the flow of the borehole pumps reaches first of its kind at the Bottom Adapter. Looking attractive finished adapters also may failed badly, if not tested / taken cared very well about the pressure resistance capacity of each of its metal bounding.
Wherein, the Top Adapters commonly affected with the ultimate load / weight carrying situation, as the total weight of the entire borehole column system directly experienced by the Top Adapter only. The system load includes, the Pump set weight, pipe weight and complete water weight remained filled at all the time within the system. Sometimes it is even more than 5 to 6 tones coming together, can be breakage entire system of the borehole column.
