HVG Grade 120/160 Synthetic Mechanical Vacuum Pump Fluid is formulated with premium synthetic tri-ester technology. This is high quality, long life fluid tested several times, longer in use than mineral based oils.
It is fully formulated with non detergent additives, designed for use in rotary vacuum pumps, inherent lubricity and good conductivity which allow it to reduce heat and energy consumption.
Performance Features:
Resist foaming, most inert to moisture rust and oxidation inhibited, readily separate form water, long life extended drains, completely ash-less hence no formation of slug. This is recommended for rotary vacuum pumps.

Syntho Poly-100 are Polyurea Complex Greases that are formulated with a combination of mineral & synthetic base oil for better resistance to ageing, good adhesion & excellent water resistance. These are highly resistant to mechanical fatigue, heat, corrosion & do not harden prematurely.

Applications
How To Apply
Clean and de-grease chain completely of old grease and Varnish residues. Apply the lubricant initially for around 30 minutes to allow complete penetration to all points, Re-Lubricate as necessary. Do not mix with other lubricant or solvents.
Silicone Lubricating fluid thickened with a special complex Lithium soap.
Non-melting grease containing Molybdenum Disulphide.
A special product, designed for specific high temperature applications. Compatible with polymeric type rubber seals as well as fluorocarbon materials such as Teflon and Viton.
This is a universal assembly compound formulated using blends of finely dispersed solid lubricants and metals in special carrier. It's inherent properties allows lubrication, to sustain in high temperatures and high load zones.
