HV DC Set for checking the quality of electrical power cable, motors, switchgear, Insulator, Available Three range 70-120-160KV DC in Digital and Analog Models.(User can set test voltage to intermediate values as required), Voltage apply between Negative polarity to ground to assure reliability, Zero start InterlocK for high Voltage output, Lightest weight available in air insulated high voltage model, Advanced performance with long-term reliability provided by filtered half wave rectification, Full circuit breaker protection against internal damage by overload, surges, or test sample breakdown, Connection for external permissive and safety interlock, Output current overload relay, Strip Chart Recorder for monitoring leakage current during the unit under test. (Optionally Available).

Batteries can be tested “ in service”. Torkel will adjust to include the load current in the test parameter, User adjustable alarm and shutdown points to avoid excessive discharge, Torkel is easily expandable for larger battery banks using TXL extra load unit for additional current discharge. (480V DC, at 110A), No loss of test data in the event of a power loss during testing, View test parameterresult “ real time” as testing progresses using TORKEL win software, Easily Save Result to PC for Analysis, report generation and storage.
