Single Rotary Tablet Compression Machine

TheTablet Press, Miniin size andSingle Rotaryis an ideal choice forR&Dwork as well assmall scale productions. It is also used to avoid wastage when high value ingredients are used for tablet formulations, also known aslab tablet press.

Themini tablet pressis designed with GMP considerations. It is sturdy, fitted with single sided turret of special grade Iron Casting.

Pre compression facility as a standard feature
A. C. variable drive and fixed pulley. It is driven from central pillar by worm reduction gear box.
Lower guards of stainless steel & upper guards of transparent acrylic to view tablet compression process of the machine comfortably.
Electronic Tablet Counting System
Granules are fed through an open feed frame which ensures trouble free settings and minimum wastage of valuable material.
Force feeding attachment is optional accessories for difficult, fluffy & fine granule compression.
Table top, Mobile & easy to clean
For easy operation outside controls are given for Pre Compression adjustment, tablet thickness adjustment and turret speed adjustment.

CI body and turret of special grade iron casting with CI middle plate, imported needle roller, bearing provided at the bottom of turret. Also available with middle plate of turret made of 316 grade stainless steel.
There is not any painted parts in tablet manufacturing zone as all parts are made of stainless steel 304 or gunmetal or of hard chrome plated. All hardware used in the machine has stainless steel 304 quality in tablet manufacturing zone.
It is provided with disk type friction clutch start system.
Upper punch penetration system, variable speed pulley, one shot lubrication system & anti vibrating mount.
Lower guard of polished stainless steel and upper guards of acrylic material. Turret guards have sturdy aluminum frame. All guards are interlocked for safety.
Effective dust extraction nozzles.
