The Company’s management team consists of experienced ITSM, IT Infrastructure & Operations, Marketing and Finance personnel who have worked together in the past. Founder and CEO of TACTPRO has years of experience in IT Infrastructure & Operations with extensive subject matter expertise in IT Service Management, Process Quality and optimization domain at Indian IT/Non-IT giants including TCS, HCL, IBM, Accenture etc.
