Details :

This Machine is used for producing moulds by the shell process, pattern is heated to about 280 C, resin coated sand is dumped by gravity on the pattern.
A layer of sand sticks to the pattern, excess sand is dropped back into the sand box.
A layer of sand is cured by built in oven (wood) in the machine.
Cured mould is manually ejected by the m/c. Ejector plate. The cycle time is 3 to 5 minutes.
Air filter, regulator and lubricator are provided in the pneumatic line.
Digital temperature, timers for investment and curing, proximity switches, M.C.B Ammeters and voltmeter are provided on the panel
