• Scope : Designed and manufactured a quality product with safety precautions, Elevating platform, Model SL-9, having 9mtr height reachable. Two person can safely work on the bucket provided at the end. Legs are provided to stabilize the equipment during process to carry out work safely. Lock valves are provided to safeguard against the failure of hydraulic system. And hand operated hydraulic power pack is provided to use during emergency lowering of the bucket to rescue the crew members.
• Hydraulic system : Hydraulic system is powered by the engine power take off or by pulley belt drive.
• Structure : Two booms, upper & lower are made of M S box. Two booms as well as hydraulic cylinders are pivoted on bushes, which are pivoted by pins made of Standard materials. A rotary joint is provided at the base i.e. on the chassis of vehicle.
• Lifting movements of equipment : Two hydraulic cylinders, double acting with mirror finished honed tubes and induction surface hardened rams are provided to actuate the lower & upper boom of the equipment.
• Stability : Two legs are provided at the back of the chassis of vehicle which give the stability to whole structure during the working of the equipment and provided swivel pads.
• Rotation : Bucket can be rotated 360 degree for taking position of bucket for working.
• Bucket for working : Bucket is made of fiberglass material, insulated to 600V, non-slippery and light weight. Parallel links are provided to keep the bucket horizontal during lifting up its position.
• Panel board : Operating Valves are provided at the deck and at bucket. Legs control switches are lever operated and provided at the deck only.
• Operating system in emergency : At the time of vehicle engine failure the system is provide pilot lock valve which will stop the equipment in position. After that hand operating pump power pack can be operated to safely lower the bucket.

Suction strainer is provided in the oil tank to make sure the safe working of the fluid in the hydraulic system without contaminating with dust.
