Chloroprene Rubber Bonded or Rubberised Cork Sheets are manufactured using fine Cork granules homogeneously mixed with Synthetic Rubber counterpart, thereby calendaring in required size & Vulcanization by means of Hydraulic Operated Steam Press.

Features:

  1. Does not swell on contact with Oil, Gas, Water & other Liquids.
  2. Deformity of less than 1% under Pressure.
  3. Bear Vibration in Equipment/Machinery.
  4. Easy to cut, customize, bend in almost any shape without cracking unlike Asbestos/Jointing Sheets.

Applications:

  1. Electrical Industry- For Oil sealing of transformers, Switchgears, Gear Boxes, Motor Starters.
  2. Automobiles- As gaskets to make leak proof joints of metal components bearing Lubricants, Oil, Coolant etc.
  3. Industrial Anti Vibration Pads are made from corrugated Rubber Sheets with a Cork layer in between.
