Our Products
Soundscape is a fiberglass reinforced plastic barrier manufactured through a high-quality pultrusion process. Soundscape Wall Solutions has developed a superior light and noise barrier wall that meets all AASHTO and DOT guidelines. With a Sound Transmission Class (STC) of 30, the Soundscape wall will provide the needed sound reduction for congested traffic or retail areas. In addition, the class 1 fire-retardant FRP material is lightweight allowing for fast modular installation and the ability to use even in challenging terrain. The Soundscape wall requires no heavy equipment for installation or repairs which will minimize disruption to traffic and damage to surrounding vegetation.
The Soundscape FRP Walls provide the solution for sound barrier wall installations. Soundscape planks will outperform, cost less, last longer and install faster than other noise wall options.
toc manufactures frp fencing, which is widely used in many areas where quick installation is required and no specific fixing systems are needed. There is no requirement for painting and earthling in this fencing, thus reducing the cost in installation.
Team One Composites offer one of the most comprehensive ranges of FRP Composite doors for use in both the Domestic and Commercial Sector.Team One Composite doors has a wide variety of standard sizes to suit all applications. Team One Composite doors are manufactured to ensure that they meet the highest standards of performance and design. The Doors are Self-Colored Not painted, therefore offering a low cost maintenance solution. They have a Polyurethane core to offer stability, with a PVC edge to enable the door to be fixed as a traditional timber door into an either an existing or new frame of any material.
The FRP platforms are much more durable than aluminium or steel and the low electrical conductivity of FRP makes the operating platforms much safer for workers. Additionally, the lightweight FRP shapes, grating and handrail made the installation easier and faster.
FRP platforms are a much better solution for corrosive operating environments. As a result, fiberglass has become the material of choice for such operations.
Team One Composites provides several slip and corrosion resistant products for your Cage ladder safety needs.
Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) Ladders and Safety Cages are designed, engineered and custom fabricated by Structural Fiberglass Inc. (SFI) in accordance with OSHA standards, Section 1910.27, entitled "Fixed Ladders". Rung to side rail connections are bonded and pinned with a dowel rod to prevent any possibility of rung rotation and pull-out.
Standard and Walkthrough Fixed Ladders can be used up to 20' without safety cages. OSHA requires safety cages on ladder heights exceeding 20'.
All Ladders are fabricated as per your specifications and/or requirements. All Ladders are available with or without walkthrough handrails at the top landing surface.
Caged and Fixed Ladders are available with FRP Ladder Rail Extension options, designed for safe landing access. Handrails extend 42" above landing surface.
FRP Ladders and Safety Cages are fabricated from the following Safety FRP pultrusion with a Fire Retardant Polyester Resin, 50% glass content and surface veil for protection against ultraviolet attack.
Corrosion resistant, insulating, extremely light and robust, they have a longer life span than traditional materials and offer maximum fire security. These advantages make them user friendly, ensuring complete customer satisfaction as they exceed industry standards for corrosion resistance and ultraviolet protection. Manufactures from Glass Reinforced Plastic shapes which meet ASTM E-84, Class-1 Flame Rating & Self-extinguishing requirements of ASTM D-635, the loadings listed for these Cable Ladders and Trays are tested under the guidelines of the current NEMA standards.
RP Toilets which is typically used for makeshift Labor Camps. The offered products are fabricated using superior quality raw material and are widely used in the market due to their easy installation, easy maintenance and cleanliness. Moreover, these are available at reasonable prices for the clients. Our portable toilets are fabricated in a variety of shapes and sizes and are also offered to suit clients specific requirements. These toilets are designed in a way that depending upon the available space, requirement and ease of installation, these can be placed individually, jointly also.
The company has In-house manufacturing facility / plans to install manufacturing facility, of both the main Raw Materials viz. Glass Fabric and Resins to ensure quality Raw Material being manufactured and being used.
TOC composite poles are high tech and innovative. Manufactured by centrifugal casting of pultrusion from inhibited unsaturated polyester resins selected to suit the reinforcement geometry to meet the structural needs and complemented with a polyester non-woven veil to ensure a resin rich finish that provides durability and long life. TOC composite poles offer a modern solution to traditional problems. They are used in places where of other materials face serious problems, such as coastal areas where salinity may be detrimental as well as marshlands and areas with high temperature fluctuation. Essentially, Composites Poles are well suited for locations where traditional materials struggle to offer a definite and lasting solution.
Unlike steel or aluminium, glass fiber reinforced thermosetting composites are anisotropic by nature. In street furniture, such a as Poles and Masts, their anisotropy is used to advantage by ensuring frangible failure, in the event of a road traffic accident, thereby saving lives.
In addition, there are no surface treatments as with traditional poles, which will leech out into the ground or atmosphere. Composite products are non-polluting, have a long life and can be reused in a different location as if they are brand new. Hence, Team One Composites Poles offer an ecological solution, as well as saving lives.
The excellent mechanical properties and resistance to chemical and corrosive attack combined with simple installation techniques have evolved a wide variety of uses for TOC Composite Poles to develop. TOC Composite Poles are aesthetically pleasing in any outdoor situation because of the wide range of color choices and the pleasant appearance.
Team One Composites provides several slip and corrosion resistant products for your stairway safety needs. Our complete stair solution line includes panels in a one-piece moulded configuration or assembled pultruded configuration for new or replacement steps; covered stair treads to replace deteriorating concrete steps; or stair tread covers designed to add slip and corrosion resistance to existing metal, concrete or wood steps. All TOC stair treads are engineered to exceed OSHA and other model building code standards for safety, strength, durability and corrosion resistance. Team One Composites offers a wide range of fabrication services from cutting treads to desired lengths to turnkey options including drafting, engineering and fabrication of entire stairways.
Designed as ideal for hotels, universities, commercial office parks, aquatic and amusement parks, or any other location where outdoor stairs are present.
TOC Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic (GRP) pipes manufactured with polyester, Vinylester and Epoxy resins using either the dual helical filament winding (discontinuous) or continuous advancing mandrel filament winding technique, offer superior corrosion resistance, high mechanical and physical properties as well as the ease of handling, transportation and installation, when compared to traditional materials.
TOC Corrosion Resistant Glass-fiber Reinforced Piping products meet the demanding needs of industry to transport corrosive and non-corrosive fluids for various applications, viz.
TOC FRP Machinery covers and accessories meet the highest international standards. Produced from carefully selected resin systems, TOC is designed to deliver many years of reliable service, outperforming the traditional materials they replace. FRP Covers are lightweight, easy to fabricate and install. Especially acceptance of FRP in many major industries has made them the first choice over steel, not only for its advantages & performance but cost competitiveness. Comparable with steel at the installed cost stage, their low maintenance and long life means a significantly lower life cycle cost than that of steel.
Renowned for their high strength, corrosion resistance in the harshest environments, long life and safety, we know that the FRP material is being used in the Structural, Industrial, and Transport, Aerospace applications. Apart from that this material can be used on machines which extract/process the rock, Ores & mineral crushing as covers and accessories.
FRP can be molded in to any shape with the Hand layup process, the simplest of the fabrication processes; hand lay-up is used in low-volume production of large products, require low investment, higher operating skill, and versatile shapes of product that need single high quality surface finish.
