Double Cone Blender is an efficient and versatile machine for mixing dry power and granules homogeneously. All the contact parts are made up of SS 316. The effective volume for optimum homogeneity is between 35-70% of gross volume. The double cone design eliminates dead spots, which occasionally occur in conventional double cone mixer. Our Double Cone Blender can be used for pharmaceutical, food, chemical and cosmetic products etc.
Applications - Dry power mixing for tablets and capsule formulations
- Dry granules sub lots mixing to increase the batch size at bulk lubrications stage of tablet granules
Salient Features - The conical shape at both end enable uniform mixing and easy discharge
- While the power can be loaded into the cone though a wider opening, it can be discharge though a butterfly or slide valve
- The contact part are made of either SS 304 or SS 316
