Three Stage Heavy Oil pT/N Series/Modulating p.pINSeries

The P 140-200-300- 450TINseries burners are available in four model structures with an output range from 320 to 5130 kW. The versatility of this range makes the burners ideal for use on commercial or industrial installations where the load factors may very but are predictable. The P-P/N series comprises of four models with firing rates from 400 to 5130 kW. Supplied as progressive two stage burners as standard, the addition of an advanced modulating control system gives fully modulating performance.

The GI/EMME model 200 is a low fire start burner range rated from 128 to 256 kW while Model 300 is rated from 175 to 350 kW. The GI/ EMME 400-600-900 two stage series comprises of three models with firing rates from 232 to 1045 kW. The GI/EMME 1400-2000-3000-4500 progressive two stage modulating burners give firing rates from 630 to 5000 kW, with high maintainable efficiencies using either fuel. All units are equipped with a "double motor" feature which allows for the total shut down of the oil burning circuitry during operation on gas, and the flame presence is monitored by an advanced control, designed to deal with either fuel.

This series of fuel oil burners comprises of four models with firing rates from 168 to 1120 kW and has been specifically developed to serve moderately pressurized or negative draft applications. Offering low fire start or two stage operation, the burners are designed for use with fuel oil upto 3.5E but the 60N and 1 OON models can be adapted for use with heavier grades- upto a maximum of 65E at5CfC

ThePIGburner series are available in four model structures with an output range from 415 to 5.340 kW ThePIGSeries is characterized by progressive two stage operation as standard or full modulating performance, with a turn down ratio of 4:1 , by addition of an advanced modulating control system (PID). The versatility of this range makes the burners well suited for use on commercial or industrial applications where the load factor is subject to wide variations over a short period of time. All models are available in standard or long head versions, making them suitable for diverse applications. The burners are designed and tested to conform to European norm EN 267 & DIN 4787

Offering progressive high/low or fully modulating operation this technically advanced series of Dual Fuel burners give firing rates from 630 to 5000 kW, with high maintainable efficiencies, using either fuel. supplied as progressive two stage. burners as standard, full modulation may be achieved, with a turn down ratio of 4:1 by the Addition of a sophisticated modulating control system. In this mode, these burners have been found particularly suitable for use on commercial and industrial installation where the load factor is subject to wide variations over a short time span. On oil side, correct automizing temperature is provided from the special modular plate type pre-heater. All units are equipped with a "Double Motor" feature which allows for the total shut down of the oil burner circuitry during operation on gas.

The Riello 40 G Series oil burners are available in 8 models with output from 12 to
240 kW. Highly reliable and efficient, these burners come with Electrical
Protection rating of IP40. They have been designed and tested to conform to
European norm EN 267 and DIN 4787.
