CFL PCB is a product which is extensively installed in CFL lamps. It is dimensionally accurate and is made from high-grade materials in tune with the industry standards. PCB is an internal cluster of tiny wires and components. It mechanically and electrically supports components using conductive track pads. These track pads are etched from copper sheets that are laminated onto a non-conductive substrate. These PCB’s can be either single sided, double sided or even multi layered. Conductors are connected on different layers through holes called vias. Some PCB’s may contain components such as capacitors, resistors, or active devices such as inductors. Production of circuits with PCBs is cheaper and faster in comparison to other wiring methods because components are mounted and wired with one single part. Furthermore, operator wiring errors are eliminated. Legend printing is done on either one or both sides of PCB, which contains the switch settings, test points and other indications. Main types of legend printing include Silk Screen Printing, Liquid Photo Imaging or Ink Jet Printing.
