We select fine glass fiber or Kevlar fiber as base weaving material, coated with excellent PTFE resin to make it into various PTFE open mesh conveyor Belt.

Application

• Used as drying conveyor belts in textile, printing and dyeing fields, such as printing drying conveyor belt, dyeing cloth drying belt, fabric shrink drying belt, non-woven drying belt etc.
• Used as drying conveyor belts in silk-screen printing machines, such as loose dryer, offset printing processes, UV series light solid machine.
• Used as conveyor belts for all the situations that need thermal processing transmission conditions, such as cycle drying, microwave drying, freezing and thawing out all kinds of food, heat-shrinking packaging goods, removing moisture for articles, quick-drying flux ink, etc.

PTFE Coated fiberglass adhesive fabric: We use the high quality imported fiberglass cloth as the base material, coated it with fine PTFE resin, to make PTFE coated fabric, then coated PTFE fabric with pressure-sensitive silicone on one side make PTFE/Teflon adhesive fabric or tape.

Applications

• Used as plastics bags heat-sealing for food and medicine.
• Used as pad pasting for sliding channel, hopper, aviation mold, and sizing machine drum. Can be repeatedly, easy to replace.
• Used as anti-adhesion, corrosion resistance and high-temperature resistant surface treatment.
