Has a fully Automatic cycle with automatic hydraulic twin cylinder movement of probe head. It has two electronic probe fingers, which measures the diameters. Once the preset diameter is reached, The wheel is retracted and the cylinder also retracts with the probe head.

The electronic controller is with LCD DISPLAY and MEMBRANE KEYPAD and has three relay signal output for coarse feed, find ground to size. Measuring range 5mm 90mm.

SCOPE OF SUPPLY; -

• 1SET - T5 CONTROLLER (DISPLAY)  
• 1 NOS -HYDRAULIC CYLINDER.
• 1 NOS - MOUNTING BRACKET  
• 1 NOS -TPM MEASURING GAUGE HEAD

For External Dia. Consisting of Electronic Controller with Touch DIPLAY and MEMBRANE KEYPAD and has three relay signal outp1ut for Coarse feed, fine feed and finish wheel retraction after dia. is ground to size 

The measuring head is a Swing ARM Type with

LVDT Transducers including Inter Changeable Caliper for Diameters from 7mm to 65mm or 65mm to 125mm.Diamond contact Points, Dashpot Assembly for mounting head to the machine.
