Top load tester is one of the most extensively  testing equipment used by the PET and Bottle industries to test the strength of the bottles. PET and PLASTIC bottles are vastly used in many industries for packaging of different products. These products include drinks, milk products, medicines, food products, industrial chemicals and so forth. In order to provide the best level of safety to these products,   the manufacturers need to ensure that the bottles used for packaging of these products are the best quality. In industries when these bottles are stored, they are placed in stocks by placing them on the top of one another. This puts a huge amount of pressure and compressive force on the bottles.
The top load tester gives the compressive buckling load in digital format. This is a fully automatic motorized model. The digital display of the digital top load tester is aesthetically appealing and sophisticated. Further the display is easy to read out and has been provided with auto tare set facility and peak hold arrangement.
This new generation fully automatic motorized top load tester gives the compressive bulking load in digital format. The load sensor can be calibrated in house. The bottle need be place in between the inverted concave plates for zero slip gripping.  Compression plate back  home position after buckling in pet bottle.
Top load tester is designed to provide compressive  buckling load. The instrument is used for testing the load bearing capacity of the pet containers when subject to an extreme load from the top direction. It determines accurately the maximum load a pet container can bear without any deformation or failure.
