Sintered Bronze filter cartridges are manufactured from Bronze / Cupro-nickel Powder .

Bronze Powder is sieved as per specifications to generate proper Micron Porosity and Sintered At nearly 800 deg C to create Self Supporting cartridge structure which can handle Operating pressure at designed flow rate of Air or Gas.

The sintered bronze has a limited porosity of 30 % & having strength to get the cylindrical shape cartridges of required diameter & length.
