- Breather Valves (Conservation Valves)
- Due to the atmospheric and the tank fluid condition, the pressure and vacuum gets changes in the tank. To overcome these changes, the pressure and vacuum Relief-breather valve will control automatically to normal condition, as the pressure rises or fall, the pressure vacuum breather valve will allow the tank to breathe, preventing damage and spillage to ensure the safety of personnel & surrounding environment. It typically works in the range of – 800mbarg to 3.5barg. But, extended parameters are also available on request.

- Tank Blanking Valve maintain a positive pressure within an enclosed storage tank by introducing a gas such as nitrogen at required pressure. This valve also, prevents the vaporization and contamination of the stored products and also help to reduce product combustibility by
- eliminating Oxygen – rich air. It also protects the tank against rupture or damage with full protection. It helps to reduce emission and lower the cost of product loss especially in chemical, pharmaceutical industries and Bulk Storages.
- It also, prevent the outside air and moisture from entering in to the storage tank, a blanket gas pressure reduces the evaporation of the storage product to a negligible amount.
- The valve – to install in horizontal diaphragm housing position is recommended.
- The valve is free from oil/grease and self-actuating, no external control is needed.
- Reduction from very high primary pressure of say up to16bar to very low tank design pressure say down to 5mbar. High accurate setting is being achieved.
