Fluid protection is very vital in oil cooled power transformers to avoid mishaps and losses. RP AIR-CELL has been specifically developed for fluid protection.
RP AIR-CELL has impermeable fabric coated with compatible polymers and acts as the breather bag / separator. RP AIR-CELL is placed inside the conservator. It compensates oil volume displacement due to temperature variation during operation and ensures effective separation of transformer oil from air.

Dimension :

The dimension of the flexible separators are determined according to the size of the conservators. Here are the separators which are presently manufactured for cylindrical conservators with flat ends as below. Other size can be as per requirements.
