Our Products
These are our standard range of water immersion heaters. They are made out of copper tube brazed to brass flange and are duly nickel plated. Each element is provided with a brass check nut, two fiber washers and a painted metallic cap with a grommet for cable end. Wattages available from 2.0 kw to 12.0 kw. Flanges available in 1 ¼”, 1 ½” and 2” BSPP sizes.
These are heating elements designed to be used in Oils. Theeta has technical capability of designing the right element for oil heating oile, whether light, heavy oil, lubricant, quenching oil, edible oil etc. Flanged Oil Immersion Heaters are designed for installation into pipe body, tank or pressure vessel using standard pipe size. These heaters are available in available in wide selection of wattages, sizes and sheath materials suitable for the heating requirements of oil. Each element can be provided with a thermostat packed and painted metallic cap with a grommet for cable end.
APPLICATIONS
These are type of low to medium capacity heating elements used to heat both gases and liquids in tanks or pressure vessels. In a flanged heating element single or multiple heating elements are brazed or welded on standard ANSI rated plates or custom made plates.
These are a type of medium capacity Immersion heaters used to directly heat water/oil/ chemicals/air etc in a tank or a vessel with threaded openings. These heaters consist of tubular heating elements in a threaded hex plug. These are brazed or welded on the plug, which can be directly screwed on the tank wall. These heaters can be applied to a variety of clean water and oil applications.
APPLICATIONS
These are type of high capacity heating bundles used to heat both gases and liquids in tanks. In Big tank Immersion heaters multiple heating elements are brazed/welded or screwed on large flange made out of MS or SS plates of varied thicknesses, shapes and sizes. These can also be bundles of screw or flanged heaters mounted on large plates making them one complete unit. Big tank heaters are typically custom designed depending on the functional requirements and fitments.
Flanged heater tubular elements can be made of our Copper, Incoloy, or vaious grades of SS. Thermostat or thermocouple provision can also be provided. Terminal box (enclosures) can also be custom provided. Connection in banks for single or three phase can also be provided
Theeta is well equipped design the big tank heaters for the customers. From 2d to 3d designs, to KW calculation, correct watt density, tube and flange selection etc can also be designed by Theeta engineers.

APPLICATIONS
They are used in solution where it is necessary to remove the heater for periodic inspection and cleaning as these heaters can be easily remove without emptying the tank.
These are also especially suitable for use in tanks of wood and concrete etc. where screwed immersion heater cannot be used.
Type of Over the Side Immersion Heaters
ALKALINE IMMERSION HEATERS
Manufactured out of stainless steel tubing, alkaline immersion heaters are used for alkaline clearing solutions, citrus juices and very mild acid baths not corrosive to stainless steel sheath.
LEAD COVERED IMMERSION HEATER
Lead covered immersion heater are recommended for nickel and copper plating bath, or chrome plating baths and sulphuric acid solution having not more then 10% concentration. Not recommend for any other acid.
TITANIUM SHEATH IMMERSION HEATERS
Titanium sheath immersion heaters are generally used for plating baths such as nickel, chrome, gold and silver plating. These can also be used for ferric and iron chloride solutions, bright dips and pickles containing nitric, phosphoric and chromic acids, nitrates, nitrites permanganates persulphates and dichromates.
