Automatic Vertical Air Jet Cleaning Machine can accomplish a task by a photoelectric system, all the bottle should be cleaned before being filled, when an empty bottle arrives at the specified position, a cleaner comes down automatically until at the mouth of the bottle, then pure air is pressed into the bottle, and the impurity inside of the bottle is removed by vacuum system. This product conforms to the requirements of GMP completely.
Automatic Measuring / Dozing Cup Placement & Pressing machine is highly efficient machine with elegant look, consists of conveyor, vibrator, feed worm, container holding star plate & pressing plate. All the exposed parts of the unit are in S.S., chrome platted or cladded with S.S. The machine is precision built on sturdy welded steel frame completely enclose in stainless steel sheet and doors are provided to facilitate the servicing of machine.
The feed container moving on conveyor belt are feed into an In-feed star wheel through In-feed worm, star wheel bringing the sealed container below the pressing plate, mean while the sealed bottle pickup a cup from the delivery chute of bowl, where the body and the neck of the container are positioned below the pressing plate, where the pressing plate press cup gradually & performing perfect operation of cup pressing.

MMB-R4-R6-R8 and R10 is the most stable two-step fully automatic high-speed rotary stretch-blow molding machines(reheat). The capacity of the products is from 0.25L to 2.0L. Within this system, an infrared thermometer automatically detects the temperature of the performs and adjusts the temperature of the oven as needed. This automatic adjustment avoids the influence of a temperature difference between day time and night; also the system can use an additional lamp alarm, this alarm will sound when it detects any broken or aging lamps.
We know that most of the production costs for blowing bottles are attributed to generating the high pressure compressed air and applying heat to the preforms. In order to lower these production costs for the bottler producer, Demark Machinery has introduced its patented Air recovery system. This system recovers up to 30% of the final high pressure blowing air and ultimately lowers the cost to produce bottles.
Thanks to the design contributions of our engineer, Maruti Machines Pvt.Ltd. has developed a revolutionary air cooling system for hot fill PET bottles. After high pressure blowing, an air cooling stage is introduced to reduce the level of PET residual stress and increase the rate of PET crystallization. After this air cooling process, now PET bottles can stand hot filling without deformation.

The carbonated filling Tri-bloc is used to bottle carbonated beverage such as Coca cola, Pepsi, Sprite, soda water and so on. This machine is integrated with washing, filling and capping in one machine. It takes bottle handling technology, which makes changing different size bottle more easily. It can do the bottles from size 200ml to 2000ml. And little spares are need when changing bottles. We suggest users to take same specification bottles, especially the same bottle neck. Our Tri-bloc uses high quality stainless steel 304, which makes sure the quality of the products. The washing we take reversing bottle methods. It has so many washing heads which will spray the inside of the bottle after the bottle is reversed. After washing there will approximate 2 seconds dropping water. The filling technology is named Counter pressure filling, it means when bottle enter into the filler, the filling tank will firstly inputting enough pressure to the bottle. Just after the pressure in tank is same as the bottle, filling begins. Capping we use magnetic capper. And capping power can be adjusted. We equip the machine with No-bottle, No-Cap system. If there is no bottle, the caps feeding will be stopped. The capper feeder is stand beside the mono-bloc, which is parallel to the machine.

Inspection table is equipment consisting of a three-track conveyor with a hood with lighting arrangement and visual inspection background of alternate black & white color. Inspection table have stainless steel structure with moving S.S. slat chain. Structure made out of S. S. square pipe & supported on adjustable bolts.
The central conveyor belt brings the bottle from the capping machine conveyor. These bottles are automatically bifurcated on the two adjoining conveyor belts & further on the side tables for operators sitting on either side of the table. The operators in turn pick up the bottles & visually inspect the bottles in the alternate white & black background to check for any particles in the liquid filled, sealed & breakage of bottle. After inspection the bottles are placed in the central track, which is transfer for labeling.

The packing conveyor belt is having stainless steel table top with moving endless sandwich belt in the center. Tabletop is fixed to the same structure made out of SS square pipe & supported on adjustable bolts. Tabletop is of 12 inches working space on both side of the conveyor belt for final visual inspection & packing into the box.
The conveyor belt brings the container or products from the labeling / blister / strip machine, operator in turn pickup These bottles/products & visually inspect the bottles/products & doing necessary action like primary packing, secondary packing, picking & placing at proper place.

Stainless steel scrambler & un scrambler, which is familiar as turn table. This is built on SS square frame, solid guide rail & reduction gear box for jerk less & noiseless performance. Turntable is useful to ensure total synchronization, uniform flow of container and to take a turn at 90 degree to suit different machine and purpose in automatic liquid line.
