Construction Details:
MOTOR : REEJA submersible motors are wet type, water lubricated, water cooled, rewindable motor, capable of withstanding wide voltage fluctuations. Specially designed thrust bearings are used that can withstand axial thrust loads with minimum wear & tear. The pump shaft and motor shaft are rigidly connected by a coupling sleeve. The stator is wound with special water proof Bi- axially oriented synthetic film insulated winding wires. Motor sealing is made by means of gromments, O rings and oil seal to avoid ingress of well water into the motor. Pressure compensating diaphram is provided to guard the pressure and volume variation of the water inside the motor.
PUMP :REEJA submersible pump is a multistage centrifugal pump. There are two types of pump. The radial flow type for high heads & low discharge and mixed flow type for high discharges and low head. The pump bearings are water lubricated. The suction inlet is situated between the pump & the motor
