Three Gee Engineers Pvt. Ltd.

Our Vibrating Screens are applicable in wide range of industries like food processing, chemical industry, paper, coal, clay and metal mining for the purpose of de-watering, washing, sizing, scalping, and many more. In addition also widely used on shale shakers for reclaiming drilling mud. We are the vibrating screen manufacturers that manufacture superior quality vibrating screens that are provided with square hook strips that enable screens to be kept under greater, more uniform tension and makes them distortion resistant. Screens for sizing and straining can be furnished with any style of edge preparation or hook strip, ready for installation into any type equipment. Often the edges of screens of woven of heavier than .250" are fabricated to hook on to the vibrating frame. however, most screens made of .250" and lighter wire have a hook strip supporting the edges. Absolutely square hook strips enable screens to be kept under greater, more uniform tension. This protects them against distortion and excessive vibration which causes metal fatigue and breakage .applications in a wide range of industries, including food processing, chemical, paper, coal, clay, and metal mining. Used for dewatering, washing, sizing, scalping, and more. Also widely used on shale shakers for reclaiming drilling mud.

We Weave Wire cloth in all specification, Meshes and apertures to comply with INDIAN and international standards. Our fabrication department is equipped with Most Modern Machinery to produce Wire cloth in various metals and as per customer̢۪s specific requirement. We can produce Wire cloth from 1 Mesh to 500 Mesh up to 5 Microns, Meshes can be manufactured in various types of Weave and wire Dia i.e. Plain Weave, Twilled Weave, DUTCH Weave, LOCK CRIMPED .We have them all .We Weave our Wire Cloth/Mesh in rolls to particular lengths and width Maximum up to 3, 000mtr wide.

Structured packings have the unique feature of maintaining their excelle close to their capacity limit of existing columns, including columns with conventional structred packing can therefore be successfully revamped with Flow-Pak for both an increase in performance and capacity. Construction FLOW-PAK structured columns packing consist of proprietary designed metal wire mesh with corrugated sheets which are aligned and placed vertically. The wire structures slopes are reversed in other sheets stacked with alternating 90 degree orientation of each layer resulting in inclined flow passages and a relatively high surface area. This allow thin liquid films to be continuously spread across the tower as liquid flows through the packing.Capillary action and high surface areas result in maximum exposure to high mass transfer efficiency .These packings are available in SS 304, SS 316, SS 316L or any other metal as required. Features Good lateral distribution of liquid and gas. Highest theoretical stages per metre of packed height. Lower specific pressure drop per Theoretical stage. Less liquid hold up. Economic operating loads Application Ideal mass transfer media for temperature sensitive application where large number of theoretical stages are needed. Low liquid loading systems for vacuumed distillations or organic intermediates, Amines, Glycols, Fall Acids, Essential Oils and Fragrances. Suitable for solvent recovery, Batch & Continuous Distillation System. For columns as small as 50mm to large diameters as 5000mm.

Threegee - Mesh Pad is wire mesh blanket used to remove process liquid carried over which from's during boiling vacuum evaporations or bubbling Process. Threegee - Mesh Pad consists of multiple layers of knitted and crimped monofilament ( 0.274 mm) wire mesh fabric. The knitted and crimped mesh increases contact surface and porosity of fabric, prevents blocking and gives constant porosity throughout the metal due to this separation efficiency increases up to 99 % at lower pressure drop & gas velocity. Advantages Increases gas velocity. Low-pressure drop. Up to 99% Separation efficiency. Improves gaseous phase quality No loss of liquid phase products. No limitation in size & shape «Easy to handle & install. No Maintenance or Services. Applications Vacuum Towers, Lube Towers, Distillation Towers, Evaporators, Absorbers, Regenerators, Scrubbers, Strippers, Steam Drums, Moisture Separators, Ventilation Systems, Flame Arresters etc. Material of Construction Metals i.e. SS 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 321, 430, Nickel, Monel, Inconel, Incolloy, Hastalloy, Alloy 20, Copper and plastics i.e. Polypropylene, Nylon .Teflon (FEP/ PTFE)& Hostaflon. Design Consideration The initial design factor is the velocity of gas through the blanket. If it is too high then separated droplets will re-enter in gas flow by flooding through of mesh blanket and if it is too low then droplet passes through without impingement. Mechanical Design Threegee-Mesh Pads are manufactured in single piece duly wounded in coiled form for smaller diameter vessels up to 500mm and manufactured in mattresses form in segments for larger diameter vessels above 500mm. The Segments are designed for easy passage through manhole, easy to lift, move and handle, easy to tie by using fixing wire or fasteners. Support Grid Provided at top & bottom of Threegee-Mesh Pads has above 90% free area. Grids helps mesh blanket to remain fix on vessel cleat/ rings to works suitably against fluctuated operation conditions. Grids are normally made out of 25x3mm thick flats and 6mm0rods in metals and out of 25x5 mm flats in plastics. Installation Suitable clearance height must be maintained under and above the pads. For pad diameter below 500mm, clearance should be equal to pad diameter For pad diameter up to 2000mm, it shall be 500mm under and above respectively. For diameter up to 6000mm it shall be 800mm to 1000mm under and above respectively. Fixing Threegee-Mesh Pad assembly are passed through vessel manhole or end over and fixed cleats or annular rilng by using fixing wires, Fasteners i.e.' J' Bolts (bottom removal) or Bolts (top removal). If diameter of pad is more than 1500 mm than one or more 'I' beams are provided. Maximum distance of 1 to 1.3 M can be maintained between two beams.

By providing the complete range of Wire Mesh Filter that are available in all standard sizes and shapes with metal rim on the border, we have been able to become as one of the most respected wire mesh filter manufacturers. We can also produce single pieces or small quantity wire mesh filter according to the customer specifications. Our wire mesh filters can be very effectively used in man-made and synthetic fiber industries, plastic manufacturing industries etc. Three Gee manufacture purpose made filters, pressings and filter elements to customers' specifications. Facilities include welding, soft soldering, brazing, spot welding and press forming, and the production of filters incorporating turned or shaped metal components. We produce the complete range of standard shape filters that are on the market at the moment; we can also produce single pieces or small quantities according to customer's requirement. These wire mesh Filter packs are used in man-made and synthetic fiber industries in their poly spinning departments. They are also used in plastic (raw Mat.) manufacturing industries. Filter packs are available as per customers size & requirement in circular. Circular disc type with metal rim on the border, and with multiple layers wire mesh, filter packs mainly prevents any contamination (foreign particle) in the molten mass and gives pure virgin material on extrusion. The metal rim acts as gaskets too, preventing any leakage.
