Stationary monitoring of carbon dioxide (CO2)

The IR 24 does not contain any moving parts, which may be subject to wear and tear. This ensures a long lifetime and low maintenance cost. The E5500 can have a maximum of five total gas sensors, that are electrochemical type gas sensors. The chart below details each sensor.

Temperature measurements for the flue gas and air as well as the differential temperature are standard features. The differential temperature is used as part of the efficiency calculation.

An internal pressure sensor allows the analyzer to measure pressure and stack draft. With two pressure inputs, a differential pressure can also be measured. Gas velocity can be measured using the differential pressure and an optional Pitot tube.

Desktop Models: Ideal for Long-Term Surveys and Remote Detecting Applications

The DustTrak DRX is also offered as a standard desktop (Model 8533), as well as a desktop with external pump (Model 8533EP.) Both models have manual and programmable data logging functions, making them ideal for unattended applications. The standard desktop model is most suitable for indoor, continuous monitoring, while the desktop with external pump is designed for 24/7 unattended, remote monitoring outdoors.

The DustTrak Environmental Enclosure Model 8535 can be used in conjunction with a DustTrak Aerosol Monitor for many different applications. While its primary use is in outdoor applications, it may also be advantageous in indoor industrial applications to provide additional security and protection for the instrument. The enclosure should be set up in a location where it can easily sample the aerosols of interest. It should be placed away from obstructions which may affect wind currents. The sampling inlet on the Environmental Enclosure samples most efficiently from 0 to 22 mph (0 to 36 kph).

Model Number 2500MVX

The pocket-sized microprocessor-based Heat-Prober Type K thermometer updates readings three times per second with an accuracy of +-0.2% of reading +-1 digit in 1^oF or^oC resolution. The precision cold junction is compensated with a unique, permanently calibrated circuit. Advanced electronics are housed in ABS plastic, thoroughly tested for environmental integrity and subjected to 4-foot drop tests, battery life and running life tests. All units are calibrated with simulated EMF inputs and powered during a high-temperature burn-in cycle. The result is a thermometer so durable and reliable that it comes with a 3-year warranty. Meter range is -100 to 2500^oF. Features a bright .5" high red LCD display for normal to bright lighting conditions. The 2500MVX is powered by an easily replaceable single standard 9V battery.
