This net is best suited for filtering dehydration, and separation of centrifugal separators. Mesh is indicated by the number of weft wires between a distance of 25.4mm. The Dutch Weaveis produced by the use of coarse mesh (mesh wire, woven wire mesh, wire mesh basket) in the warp and a fine mesh with relatively smaller wire in the fill. This weave results in greater strength with very fine openings and is primarily used as a filter cloth. The shape and position of the openings aid particle retention and increase filter cake formation.
The process of manufacture of twilled Dutch weave is a combination of twilled weave and Dutch weave. The cross wires stick fast to both the interior and exterior of the net.This has a density twice that of Dutch weaves, being the most minute and firm filtration for separation. It is possible by the number of weft wires between a distance of 25.4mm.
TheTwilled Dutch Weaveis produced by a combination of the features of the Dutch Weave and the Twilled Weave. Fill wires are passed alternately over and under two warp wires forming a fine mesh in one direction and a coarse mesh (mesh wire, woven wire mesh, wire mesh basket) in the other. This type of weave is capable of supporting greater loads than the Dutch Weave, with finer openings than the Twilled Weave. It is used in applications where the filtering of heavy material is necessary.
A chain-link fence (also referred to as wire netting, wire-mesh fence, chain-wire fence, cyclone fence, hurricane fence, or diamond-mesh fence) is a type of woven fence usually made from galvanized or LLDPE-coated steel wire. The wires run vertically and are bent into a zig-zag pattern so that each zig hooks with the wire immediately on one side and each zag with the wire immediately on the other. This forms the characteristic diamond pattern seen in this type of fence.
Most common type. Used where the opening is relatively small in comparison to the wire diameter.
Used only in coarse specifications to maintain the accuracy of weave throughout screen life, where the opening is large with respect to wire diameter.
Water lines or kitchen systems can get gravel, deposits that break free, and other stray items in the line. Due to the velocity of the water pushing them, they can severely damage or clog devices installed in the flow stream of the water line, for example p-traps or pipes. A strainer is essentially a screen installed to allow water to pass through, but not larger items. The larger items fall to the bottom or are held in a basket for later clean out. They normally have an access that allows for them to be cleaned or have the strainer plate or basket replaced.
