Widely used in Automobile and Household Applications, the self-lubricating bush does not require a constant oil supply. The inherent porosity is the main reason this product is manufactured via Powder metallurgy process.
Using our in-house oil impregnation facility, minimum 10 to 20 % by Volume Oil Content is assured.
Maximum advantage of the Powder Metallurgy process can be observed in this type of part. With a manufacturing speed of 300 gears per hour, there is no comparison needed against conventional processes.
Used to pump oil at high pressures, the gears are very demanding in strength and profile accuracy. Sintered gears also come with benefit of silent operation.
