All types of Internal Combustion (I.C.) Engines require valve guides. We are presently manufacturing valve guides for two-wheelers and three-wheelers in Indian automobile market. The service life of a valve guide requires High Temperature stability and High wear resistance. We have achieved these properties with in-depth material research.

The inherent porosity is the main reason this product is manufactured via Powder metallurgy process. Using our in-house oil impregnation facility, minimum 10 to 20 % by Volume Oil Content is assured.
