High-Speed Spindle Motors High Operational Speed & Superior Quality Spindles With a rich experience of spindle motors, Tiny Controls provide High Speed Air Cooled/ Water Cooled Spindles for precised CNC engraving and CNC wood routing. Wide range of Air Cooled High Speed Spindle Motors is available with us and is in accordance with set industrial standards. Stepper Motor Stepper Motors are a preferred choice because of their precision of position, control of rotation angle and accuracy of their movement. Steppers, also called as synchronous motor, can be positioned accurately unlike asynchronous motor for example induction motor. Hybrid stepper is a permanent magnet and brushless motor and it combines the principle of a reluctance motor as well. Stepping Motors are 2 phase, 3 phase and 5 phase type and are characterized by the basic movement called step angle or step increment measured in degrees. Two phase motors are usually 1.8 degrees/ 0.9 degrees per step or in other words 200 steps to 400 steps per revolution. Bipolar Nema 14 to Nema 42 (Frame size 20 mm to 110 mm) Motors Two phase steppers come with 4, 6 or 8 wires (motors with 8 leads have two separate windings per phase). All these motors can be wired in bipolar mode while 8 wire motors can be wired in unipolar or bipolar modes. Our range of 2-phase motors is available with both 4-leads and 8-leads. The high torque hybrid bipolar stepper motors feature low inductance for high speed to driving voltage ratio and good linearity for perfect microstepping. A perfect match to our microstepping step drivers range includes Nema 12, Nema 14, Nema 17, Nema 23, Nema 34 and Nema 42 motors.

Highly Durable, customized, efficient wire Housing, Based on standard norms Cable drag chains are the umbilical cord of modern machines. Drag chains are the convenient as well as a perfect way to route the wires of your CNC machines. They minimize downtime, protect, support and extend the service life of cables and hoses. Today, cable tracks are widely used for machine tools equipped for numerical control machines, electronic equipments and CNCs. Plastic drag chains can be used for horizontal, vertical or combined horizontal- vertical wires housing applications. Based on standard norms, they are highly durable, customized and easy to install. These wire resistant cables have support high speed movement. These require low maintenance and produce less noise. Features: Enclosed electric cable moves along the length of cable track chain and this cable chain moves with moving parts of the machine (along with the travel length of machine). They improve the life of cables by avoiding direct stretching in electric wires and removing traction between the wires. Individual segments can be opened to facilitate the insertion of wires without feeding cable through chain. Designed and fabricated to ensure that an enclosed wire can’t bend more than fixed bending cables.

Indexing controller (or Indexer) is versatile, programmable single axis controller intended to control rotary tables not just for simple indexing but also can be programmed for many custom operations. It can work either in simple indexing modes like dividing mode and degree mode or fully programmable with I/O mode. In programmable mode, the “program” can be a maximum length of 170 instructions. As NESTED LOOPS are also supported, actual program can do a lot of complex operations. Hot Foil Stamping Controller is a programmable controller intended to control the Hot Foil stamping machines. It can control three motors with independent parameters setting for each like speed, acceleration, steps per mm etc are independently configurable. Surface grinding controller is designed for controlling grinding operations, featuring longitudinal and cross feed. Whereas the drill cycle controller is intended for managing repeated drilling tasks.

HIGHLY DURABLE COUPLINGS BASED ON STANDARD NORMS Tiny Controls presents a series of highly durable, standard norms based Oldham Couplings. These are made up of Aluminum Alloy 6063-T6 and Derlin Material. However, for high temperature applications, these can be modeled of Teflon material. These coupling are used to reduce backlash of mechanism. These devices are used to join two rotating equipments in such a way that they permit some degree of misalignment or end movement or both. The main advantage of these couplings is their compact size. Salient features of Oldham Couplings are: High torsion stiffness. Good bearing properties. Backlash-free long life. Compact sized. Maintenance free and efficient.
