Now more sophisticated totally enclosed and hygienic stainless steel 3 roller crushers working on 1/2 hp electric motor have come in to market in which no fly or bee can touch to juice. So fully protected. These crushers are highly efficient not to require second crushing. Only one pass is enough to extract 63 to 65% juice recovery. Crushing capacity is 120 kg of sugarcane per hour i.e. per hour 300 glasses of juice 250 ml each.

Juice is extracted completely in single crushing. No second crushing required. Very compact, can be moved from one place to another easily. Very efficient, sturdy and noiseless. Very simple and easy to operate, even a child can easily operate it. Runs on single phase, so can be used anywhere. (Where there is electric connection.) No maintenance required except regular cleaning. Very easy to clean. Power consumption is very economical. Crushes 120 Kg sugarcane in 1 Hour giving 360+ Glasses of juice each of 200ml. No open parts as in traditional sugarcane crushers. So contamination from flies and dust is avoided. All contact parts made of stainless steel 304. Machine is completely safe to operate.
