Titan Rubbers high performance curing lines produce a variety of rubber profiles that are used in multiple industry segments including automobile, food processing, transport, marine etc.

We have an in-house mould development and design team that can customize any profile according to the desired shape and size, thus meeting stringent standards set by our client base. We have the capability of supplying profiles in continuous length of 25 meters and over or in rings of various diameters using our modern network of injection jointing presses.

The EPDM membrane sheet is a single-ply membrane that can be used for various applications such as waterproofing of basements, roofs/terraces, expansion joints, wet areas (toilet blocks), facades, etc. It is a single product that can be used for waterproofing most parts of a building. The EPDM waterproofing membranes are techno-commercially much better than substitutes such as bitumen membranes, crystalline products, admixtures, various coatings, etc. The use of these products may be avoided in projects where EPDM rubber membranes are used. The EPDM waterproofing membrane sheets are an excellent substitute to the torch-on membranes.

1. Natural rubber sheets: These sheets are characterized by excellent dynamic, rebound and mechanical properties.

2. Neoprene rubber sheets: These sheets offer good resistance to petroleum products, oil and flame, acids and alkalis. It is used in industrial applications including corrosion resistant coatings and as a base for various adhesives. It is commonly used in power transformers and other electrical applications.

3. EPDM rubber sheets: These sheets are good resistance to acids, alkali and ketones and hence they used for outdoor and high zone environmental applications.

4. Silicone rubber sheets: These sheets are widely used in Pharmaceutical industry as they are resistant to high temperature and have low permeability. Also these sheets have extreme tendency of resisting weather ageing, ozone and chemicals.

5. Nitrile rubber sheets: These rubber sheets are specially designed for high resistance to oil and solvent products and hence are used in making electrical transformers, food industries, sealing and food industries and also in special application for dielectric oils for electrical installations and equipment. They are usually manufactured in black color and are used between flanges and similar joints subjected to water and air pressure.

These long lasting, easy to install, clean and maintain mats are resistant to oils, acids, alkalis and low temperature and are flame retardant as per the provisions of IS 15652:2006. The coloring agents used are free from any metallic derivatives as specified in IS 15652:2006. These mats are tested in our in-house most modern and updated Quality Assurance facilities ensuring complete safety and adherence to the specifications of each roll and are ready to use. Breakdown voltage is 40 kV for 1 Min.

Belts and pulleys are core machinery elements in a number of industries, from manufacturing to mining/quarries and agriculture, acting as a core source of motion or power transmission in machines (a conveyor belt for example).

Ribbed belts, on the other hand, have lengthwise grooves that can distribute tension across the surface of the pulley to increase the durability and lifespan of the parts and reduce vibration. Other styles include flat belts, round belts, rope drives, multi-groove belts and film belts.
