Brij Kumar Bansal, a distinguished electrical engineer from Roorkee College and a native of Agra, comes from a reputed business family. With a career spanning key leadership roles in top Indian companies including as Head of Marketing at DLF Universal Ltd, overseeing domestic and UAE markets Mr. Bansal brings a wealth of experience in both technical and strategic domains.

In 1983, he founded Techno Marketing Agencies (T.M.A) and Neepan Impex Pvt. Ltd., pioneering the distribution of electric motors for desert coolers and other appliances across five major Indian states. A seasoned technocrat, his deep understanding of engineering and marketing laid the foundation for what would become the TMA Group
