Todays Medical India Private Ltd - Testing Equipment

Our company has brought a revolution in the spring and wire forming industry with advanced Spring Testers. With this machine, we provide cutting edge and non-destructive testing solutions to several industries. This is specifically developed to support industries continual efforts in manufacturing better product at a lower cost.

Heat Deflection Temperature Tester -The Heat Deflection Temperature of plastic materials is the temperature at which the material deflects by a specified amount under the action of a specified stress. It is determined by supporting a rectangular test specimen over two cylindrical edged blocks and pressing it at the center of the supported span through a cylindrical edged loading tip.

We are a leading manufacturer of Portable Universal Dynasonic Hardness Tester. We offer a wide range of Portable Universal Dynasonic Hardness Tester.

Hoverlabs Digital Opacity Tester model is designed to measure the light absorption/reflection intensity or transparency of paper and packaging materials. Opacity or transparency is a basic property of a paper.

Hoverlabs designs and manufactures Hot Tack Tester for hot tack and heat seal performance tests. These tests are performed for plastic films, laminated films and other packaging films. The device is used for the tension, peel, shear and other test items for adhesive tapes, laminated films, plastic films, adhesive, paper and other flexible materials.

Bennewart flex testing is intended to determine the resistance of a component of material to cut growth during repeated flexing. It can also be used to assess the effect of surface patterns on crack initiation and growth.

The test is very simple to do, will give uniform results, and is dependable because the pencils are graded. The grade of the pencil is determined by the amount of baked graphite and clay in its composition.

Gelbo Flex Tester - Gelbo Flex Tester is used for determination of flex resistance of flexible barrier materials. Pinhole formation is the criterion presented for measuring failure, but other tests such as gas transmission rate or water vapour permeability can be used in place of the pinhole test.

Flammability Tester(Vertivcal Burning Test) - The method for classification of plastic sheets or bar materials of 94V-0, 94V-1, or 94V-2 grade flammability is based on the determination of vertical burning characteristics of the material under test. & In this test, a test specimen is held from its top with its longitudinal axis lying in a vertical plane.

Dart Impact Tester -Impact resistance or impact failure load of plastic films is defined as the weight of a hemispherical shaped dart, falling on the film held in a suitable clamp from a specified height, which causes failure of 50% of specimens tested.

Bottle Compression Tester - We offer good quality Bottle Compression Tester that is used to test the stacking load / top load carrying capacity of Blow Molded bottles. civil lab equipments manufacturers. Plastic Films Testing Lab equipment manufacturers, exporters and Plastic Films Testing Lab suppliers
