Bevel planetary drives suits the application demand where in space constraints for inline prime mover.
The range of Bevel Planetary Drives comes with spiral bevel gears at input stage. The prime mover arrangement can be offered as solid shaft to mount a pulley or sprocket or coupling, and also for hollow female type where in flange mounted electric or hydraulic motor can be directly installed through a flexible shaft.
Gear box mounting can be offered as foot mounting or flange mounting as per application demands.
Use of Bevel Planetary Drives is becoming popular in various applications mainly for right angle transmission & replacement of conventional worm or bevel helical gearboxes
The Worm Planetary Drives offered by Top gear is demanded by certain industrial applications where high reduction ratios are required; operation should have irreversible & self locking type and demands for low noise requirements too.
The worm gearbox at certain reduction are 100 % irreversible hence this feature at input drive & high torque capacity multiplication at output side by use of planetary drive has given ultimate product to many applications.
The prime moves are mainly used as female type hollow input where direct electric motor can be coupled as male female coupling. The output mounting can be offered either foot mounting or flange mounting where the output shaft can be offered as cylindrical type or male / female splined type also.
