We are offering curring system. kb42 is a fully automatic plant for the production of concrete block & interlock paving brick. It utilizes two kb42 model concrete block & brick press machines, automatic block picking and stacking robot, and two programmable logic control (plc) systems to control the plant operation. This plant uses two airline systems to transfer the concrete mortar from the mixers to the press machines. Each kb42 has the capacity to produce 100 to 120 presses per hour and it is capable of producing an average of 2750 wall block (20x40x20 cm) per hour or 5000 p1 interlock brick per hour. More cement silos can be added to this plant to increase its cement storage capacity, this might be required as a result to increase in plant's production capacity. *the picture shows a standard plant layout, actual layout maybe different depending on factory's land and final design.

We are offering automatic block production lines. Automatic block production lines uses two plc systems. The first plc is used to control the sand & cement line and the second plc to control the mixer & press machine line. The operator has to watch the plc systems to make sure all machines are running smooth. Automatic plc systems are good investment in high capacity production plants because they make big reduction in the manpower cost. As and example and in a medium size block production plant, a manual production line require 6 to 7 employees while an automatic production line might require 2 or 3 employees only. Below is a list of our standard automatic block production lines. Kb36 is an automatic plant for the production of concrete block & interlock paving brick. It utilizes one kb36 model concrete block & brick press machine, two mortar mixers and two programmable logic control (plc) systems to control the plant operation. This plant uses two conveyor belts to transfer the concrete mortar from the mixers to the press machine; first conveyor belt transfers the main mortar from the big mixer and second conveyor transfers the thin mortar from the small mixer. Thin mortar is used for the top layer in the interlock paving brick and can be colored using a concrete's mortar pigment. Kb36 has the capacity to produce 100 to 120 presses per hour and it is capable of producing an average 3750 wall block (20x40x20 cm) per hour or 1900 p1 interlock brick per hour.

We are offering press machine. Press machine of kb25 is a concrete block, interlock paving brick and also insulated block press machine which has the capacity of making 100 – 120 presses per hour and it is capable of producing minimum 2500-2750 wall block (20x40x20cm) per hour and 5040 interlock paving brick per hour based on a fully automatic operational mode. Kb25 machine can produce wall block, ceiling (hordi) block, interlock paving brick, curb block, curve block, grass stone, and many other patterns block by only changing the pres mould, changing the mould is made easy and fast. All motions in the kb25 press machine are attained using a hydraulic system anda re controlled by a plc system which allows operator to detect problem sor failures might occur in the machine, also the plc system allows to store the number of presses, its type and number of blocks produced.
